HERO DAD is a brand of ACTOS LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA. In these pages, “we,” “us” and “our” mean ACTOS LLC, doing business as HERO DAD. This page explains what we collect when you visit theherodad.com or buy a HERO DAD product, and what we do with it. We wrote it in plain words on purpose.
What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email, and payment details. Payhip, our store, collects these at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you join our email list: your name and email address.
- When you visit our site or click an ad: basic data such as your device, browser, pages viewed, and how you found us. Cookies and the Meta Pixel help collect this.
- When you write to us: your email and what you say in it.
How we use it
- To deliver your instant download and your receipt.
- To send you the emails you signed up for, such as your product follow-ups and tips.
- To answer your comments and handle refund claims.
- To see which ads and pages work, so we can make them better.
- To follow the law and keep our business records.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent your email list.
Cookies and the Meta Pixel
Cookies are small files saved in your browser. We and our tools use them to run the site, remember your choices, and measure ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also control ad settings in your Facebook and Instagram accounts. If you block cookies, some parts of the site may not work well.
Your email choices
You can stop our emails at any time. Click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email. Receipts and download emails for things you bought may still be sent.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data as long as we need it to serve you, handle refund claims, and meet tax and legal rules. Then we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, fix it, or delete it. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or California, you may have more rights under your local law, such as asking us to limit how we use your data or to move it to another service. Email us and we will answer. We may need to confirm it is really you first.
Where your data goes
We are based in the United States, and some of our tools store data in the United States and other countries. By using our site and buying our products, you understand your data may be sent there.
Children
Our products are written for fathers and adult caregivers. They are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you think a child sent us data, email us and we will delete it.
Keeping your data safe
We use reputable tools and take sensible steps to protect your data. No system on the internet is 100% safe, so we cannot promise perfect security.
