HERO DAD is a brand of ACTOS LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA. In these pages, “we,” “us” and “our” mean ACTOS LLC, doing business as HERO DAD. Please read these terms. When you visit theherodad.com or buy a HERO DAD product, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy the products.

What we sell

HERO DAD sells digital products: guides, scripts, trackers, and tools for fathers. They are products, not services. We do not give personal advice, and buying a product does not start a helping relationship with you. See our Disclaimer.

Buying and delivery

• Orders are handled by Payhip. Prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout.
• Every product is an instant download. You get a link right after your payment goes through.
• You are in charge of keeping your download links and files safe. If a link does not work, email us.

Your license

When you buy a product, you get a personal license to use it for you and your own family. You may print it and keep copies for your own use.

You may not:

• Share, resell, give away, or post the files or links, in whole or in part.
• Copy the content to make your own product, course, or group program.
• Remove the HERO DAD name, logo, or the “Property of HERO DAD” notice.

Everything in HERO DAD products and on this site belongs to ACTOS LLC and is protected by copyright. We may end your license if you break these rules.

Refunds

Our refund promise is called the Use-It Promise. Read it on the Refund policy page. It is part of these terms.

Results

Every father and every son is different. We cannot promise any result. What you get depends on how you use the product and on your own situation. Examples and stories show what is possible, not what is certain.

Using the site

Please use our site for lawful purposes only. Do not break into it, copy it with automated tools, or harm it or other visitors.

Links to other sites

Our pages may link to other sites, such as Payhip, YouTube, and Instagram. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they do or say.

Our liability

We work hard to make useful products. But the site and products are given “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, ACTOS LLC is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages from using the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not be more than the amount you paid for the product the claim is about. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Law that applies

These terms follow the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If we cannot settle a problem by talking, it will be handled in the courts of Wyoming, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the update. Your past purchases stay covered by the terms in place when you bought.
